Ms. Guyton is an exceptional leader whose vision, passion and knowldedge have profoundly impacted every school community where she has been a leader. Ms. Guyton collaboratively develops an instructional vision for the school and socializes the vision in a way that creates ownership from all instructional staff. What sets Ms. Guyton a part from other leaders is her ability to evolve that vision into goals, action steps, monitoring benchmarks, and a professional learning plan that results in improved student performance.
Ms. Guyton also has a unique ability for developing talent via ongoing coaching. She has developed an effective system for coaching teachers to reinforce their strengths and collaboratively work with teachers to develop instructonal practices that improve student performance.
